New Campus Access Procedures

1. Before School

• The gates (both pedestrian and car) will be open from 7:50-8:45 for student drop-offs in the morning.
• Teachers arriving before 7:50 will enter through the arrival gate by scanning their badges. Parents waiting for the gate to open at 7:50 may not block the gate. We must leave space to allow teachers to enter. Mr. Gillson will continue to do morning duty to support/facilitate this procedure.
• Practices: All student drop-offs for practice will occur through the walking gate on Lamonte behind the annex. Coaches will wait at the gate at the designated drop-off times (exact times will vary by sport) and open the gate as students arrive, then re-lock it once all students have arrived.
• Other events before 7:50: Students will enter through the walking gate at the corner of Piney Woods and Lamonte. The teacher/sponsor of the activity will meet the students at the gate and let them in.

2. During School

• The car gates and pedestrian gates will be locked from 8:45-3:30.
• Parents, students, or visitors arriving between 8:45 and 3:30 will need to ring the bell at the entry gate (either pedestrian or car) and be scanned in by the front office after stating their name and reason for visiting.

3. After School

• The gate will open for dismissal at 3:30 and remain open until 7:30 to accommodate after school activities and pickup.
• Any person coming on campus before 4:30 PM for an event must sign-in with the main office. This applies to spectators for sporting events or after-school activities, parent conferences, etc.

1. Antes de Clases

• Las puertas (tanto peatonales como para vehículos) estarán abiertas de 7:50 a 8:45 a. m. para dejar a los estudiantes por la mañana.
• Los maestros que lleguen antes de las 7:50 a. m. ingresarán por la puerta de llegada escaneando sus credenciales. Los padres que esperen a que la puerta abra a las 7:50 a. m. no deben bloquear la entrada. Debemos dejar espacio para permitir el ingreso del personal docente. El Sr. Gillson continuará realizando la supervisión matutina para apoyar y facilitar este procedimiento.
• Prácticas: Todos los estudiantes que sean dejados para prácticas deberán ingresar por la puerta peatonal en Lamonte, detrás del anexo. Los entrenadores esperarán en la puerta en los horarios designados para dejar a los estudiantes (los horarios exactos variarán según el deporte) y abrirán la puerta conforme lleguen los estudiantes; posteriormente, la volverán a cerrar una vez que todos hayan llegado.
• Otros eventos antes de las 7:50 a. m.: Los estudiantes ingresarán por la puerta peatonal en la esquina de Piney Woods y Lamonte. El maestro o patrocinador de la actividad se reunirá con los estudiantes en la puerta y les permitirá el acceso.

2. Durante el Horario Escolar

• Las puertas para vehículos y las puertas peatonales permanecerán cerradas con seguro de 8:45 a.m. a 3:30 p.m.
• Los padres, estudiantes o visitantes que lleguen entre 8:45 a.m. y 3:30 p.m. deberán tocar el timbre en la puerta de entrada (ya sea peatonal o vehicular) y serán registrados por la oficina principal después de indicar su nombre y el motivo de su visita.

3. Después de Clases

• La puerta se abrirá para la salida a las 3:30 p.m. y permanecerá abierta hasta las 7:30 p.m. para acomodar actividades extracurriculares y la recogida de estudiantes.
• Cualquier persona que ingrese al campus antes de las 4:30 p.m. para un evento deberá registrarse en la oficina principal. Esto aplica a espectadores de eventos deportivos o actividades después de clases, conferencias con padres, etc.
